DRIVER REQUIREMENTS: All drivers should be a minimum of 23 years old or should have
had a valid driver's license for 3 years for groups B, C, CA, F, H and a minimum of 25 for groups IFMR, IFAR, FFAR, XFMR, XFAR, IDAR, LFAR, CTMR, CTAR and FDAR.

RATES INCLUDE: 15% VAT (In the case of VAT changing in Cyprus, the rates will change accordingly), Unlimited mileage, CDW Insurance, Theft Protection, road and city maps, maintenance, oil and lubrication.
Included in all our rates, at no extra charge, is public liability, injuries, property damage to third parties and passenger liability.

EXCESS and EXTRA DAMAGE WAIVER (EDW):
EURO 850.00 for Groups EDMN, EDMR, CDMR, EDAR could be reduced to EURO 170.00 at EURO 5.00 a day.
EURO 1000.00 for Group CDAR could be reduced to EURO 170.00 at EURO 7.00 a day.
EURO 1500.00 for Groups IFAR, FFAR, CTMR, CTAR, IDAR could be reduced to EURO 400.00 at EURO 9.00 a day
EURO 1700.00 for Groups IFMR, XFMR, XFAR, LFAR, FDAR - No waiver available.

OTHER TERMS AND INFORMATION:

Underbody remains the renters’ responsibility as it is not covered by any Insurance.

Damages resulting from driving on unpaved roads are excluded from any insurance cover and remain the responsibility of the driver.

The insurance does not cover the car taken to the Turkish occupied areas.

Lost key is not covered by the insurance and client will be responsible for any loss or damages.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
GPS Satellite Navigation System EURO 10.00 per day
Additional Driver Can be added to the insurance for a charge of EURO 5.00 per day.
Baby Seats are available at a cost of EURO 5.00 per day.
Tyres and Windscreen Insurance:

ONE WAY RENTALS are not allowed for rentals less than 5 days. One way rentals require a minimum rental of 5 days and an additional charge of EURO 35.00

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION: Free delivery and collection to and from Larnaca and Paphos Airports, as well as Hotels within the city limits of Ayia Napa, Larnaca, Nicosia, Limassol and Paphos.
Deliveries and collections from Mountain Resorts will cost EURO 50.00 each way
Deliveries and collections out of City Limits, eg Pissouri, Paphos Village, Kalavasos, Tochni, Governors Beach, to be charged an extra EURO 17.00 each way.

ONE DAY RENTAL: Surcharge of EURO 17.00 per day for Groups C1, CA, F, GA, GB, G2, G3 & H.
Surcharge of EURO 25.00 per day for Groups G4, G5, G6, J, J1, H2 & H3.

TWO DAYS' RENTAL: Surcharge of EURO 10.00 per day for Groups C1, CA, F, GA, GB, G2, G3 & H.
Surcharge of EURO 17.00 per day for Groups G4, G5, G6, J, J1, H2, H3.

PETROL: Not included in the rates. Client's to pay for a full tank of fuel at beginning of the rental.

TRAFFIC FINES: All traffic fines incurred during the rental period are the Renter's responsibility.

RENTAL EXTENSION: Should you wish to extend your rental beyond the agreed date, it is important to inform the BUDGET office immediately so that insurance coverage can be extended.

RETURNING YOUR CAR: Unless you have arranged to extend your rental, your car should be returned to the agreed BUDGET location during office hours. If you fail to return the car on time, you will be charged for the delay accordingly.

IN SUPPORT OF SAFETY: Please fasten your seat belts and drive on the left hand side of the road. Observe and obey all traffic signs. When going DOWNHILL please avoid using the brakes too much, as they will overheat, rather use the gears to slow down the vehicle.

FULL PAYMENT UPON RESERVATION
CANCELLATION FEES: IF CANCELLING LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE RENTAL, A
DAY'S RENTAL TO BE CHARGED.
IN THE UNFORTUNATE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT, RENTER MUST CALL BUDGET CAR RENTALS CYPRUS ON ONE OF THE CONTACT NUMBERS PROVIDED ON THE RENTAL AGREEMENT CONTRACT. THE POLICE MUST ALSO BE CONTACTED
